I am a freelance photographer for Marching Band & Winterguard events
WHAT DOES EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY COST?
TWO OPTIONS FOR EVENT COORDINATORS AND ORGANIZATIONS
NO COST TO EVENT HOSTS OR ORGANIZATION | OPTION ONE
I am the exclusive event photographer (except parents photographing their own children) and
I am exclusively allowed to sell the images on my site at an affordable cost.
I am contracted to be the event's exclusive photographer, I am there for the full event and get great shots of every team.
A concentrated effort is made to photograph EVERY performer per performance at least once.
I am provided me a list of team names and contacts so that I may contact them later to provide image links.
The event also announces my name throughout the day and has a flyer provided by myself with a QR code at the announcer's desk so that parents knew where to find images after the event. The images are watermarked so anyone can see them. Enough purchase prints or downloads to 'pay' me for the event photography, however, which means no cost to the organization.
In exchange for the opportunity, I gave events a best of the best cherry-picking of my choice of highlights, and awards photos, with a print release and rights to use in social media, banner prints, and beyond. A simple contract books the event so we all know what to expect and feel good about what we are getting.
In this option, I cover costs for hosting images and a gallery site for viewing and purchasing.

FLAT FEE TO SECURE ALL THE IMAGES | OPTION TWO
ALL the images go directly to the event organization, with rights to distribute & sell them themselves. $600 per day fee.
I would NOT be selling the images on my site or anywhere else afterward, but I would have rights to use the images, with credit and tags to the orgnization, online and in my social media marketing. It's a great fundraiser for scholarships or whatever!
I deliver the images for the event coordinators etc to download, but you need your own hosting and gallery site for the images.
A simple contract books the event so we all know what to expect and feel good about what we are getting.
In both options, there is one photographer (Anjeanette).
PARENTS AND STUDENTS DON'T WANT TO WAIT- IMAGES START BEING DELIVERED IN 24 HOURS AND ARE COMPLETELY DELIVERED IN ONE WEEK!
The images are delivered edited, with images being uploaded daily in between as I finish them starting 24 hours after the event
The entire gallery delivery is completed in one week.
Sneak peeks of stand-out images (I try for one per team/group) available in 24 hours for marketing!
Throughout the day I also do social media posts tagging and crediting organizations etc.
